problem in installing "dap91" & "klog"

    Problem #1:

I have tried several times to install the Download Accelerator Plus (dap) 91. But the following error occurs and the installation stops:

    ERROR:
Could not load the DLL library.
D:\\Windows\shell32.dll. The specified module could not be found.

Same Problem occurs with other versions of the product.

    Problem #2:

While installing the "klog", following error occurs:

    ERROR:
    Unable to execute the file:
    D:\Program Files\PaqTools\Keylog\moni.exe
    CreateProcess failed; code 5
    Access is denied.

Please note that I have Windows XP Home edition, and the system is hp530 Notebook PC. Moreover, the programs are installed using the ADMINISTRATOR account, and there is no error in my Registry as i am using Auslogics Registry Cleaner.

Kindly help me solve these problems.
