Speeding up wireless connection?

Hello,

Everytime I turn on my laptop it loads pretty quickly but one problem that is VERY annoying is the wireless. After my laptop has fully loaded, I have to wait some time for the wireless service to connect to the internet.

If I leave my laptop on the log in screen and log in after 15 minutes then it connects to the internet immediately but I don't want to wait so long.

Is there any way to speed this up?

I never had similar problems, and my laptop connects to wireless networks immediately, I never wait even one single second. What wireless adapter is installed on your PC?

Don't know what to say, I only noticed that you also have the same problem with 6TO4 Adapter like most vista users (including myself). But that is definitely not the reason that you can't connect to wireless network fast enough.

Waiting for 15 minutes for your wireless to connect is very slow.
Any chance you have both LAN and wireless connected?
Do you normally get a strong signal on your wireless connection?
Have you also set a default wi-fi to connect to?
