    Re-enable project - ideas and suggestions

    this little app i created ,re enables regedit ,cmd ,run and taskmgr when thay have been disabled by a virus ,raymond and someone suggested adding restore corrupted folder options ,with these new additions raymond suggested a sticky thread ,so here it is

    usage: Xp ms.net needs to be on the system or installed before running..
    Vista dont need .net ,in vista run as admin

    reson for this post is your ideas and suggestions that you could add to this project

    Very, very nice Tango. I presume you wrote it to repair damage from a virus once it has been removed. I can't remember if any of those registry entries needs a reboot to take effect but if it does you might have a problem if the virus is still active. I haven't tried it but presume the corrupted folder option deal with the restoration of the "View hidden files", "Display system files" and "Hide known file extentions" option.

    All in all a very nice tool for the average PC user. If you want you you might add an advance option to deal with virii not detected or completely removed by an AV.

    yes some of the reg entrys require a reboot or log off ,but am not quite sure exactly what u mean by the advanced option u mensioned.

    Nope, you can go use an alias. And you wouldn't need a donate button either, because it hosts the file for you if you let it, if I remember right.
