    Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

    I need .Net Framework to run some stuff.

    The problem is when I download from Microsoft, is an online installer.
    After a while, it show transfer rate as 0kb

    I need a offline installer.

    I try getting it from windows update, my IE put done. It didn't load further. Please help!

    Should I download the one with SP1 or without sp1? cause my computer doesn't have .Net framework at all...

    The Installer with SP1 will be a better choice as Service Packs usually contain a lot of bug fixes for better compatibility.
