    Can anyone tell me what's probably the best Voip Software offering free calls or the lowest rates.

    i use tesco internet phone ,low rates and pay as you go and free tesco to tesco numbers ,but i dont know of any vo-ip that offer free calls to anyother networks ,skype offer free calls but thats like tesco . ie skype to skype. i would be interested if u find vo-ip thats free.

    I just made my first pc to phone call an hour ago using Skype! LOL...

    Call me outdated but I had to because I need to make an oversea call and I find Skype cheaper than my mobile provider.

    well actually i'm using Voipdiscount and i have 300 min free calls per week in free destinations, i'm happy with the service but i would like a service offering free calls for mobile phones also.

    Hey tangomouse i don't know how you pay for a call to malasya but if you call to landline phone you pay nothing if you use voipdiscount.

    my tesco phone is pay as you go ,bit like mobiles ,where u top up u credit ,ill look into voipdiscount cheers
