Firefox blocked Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 1.1

I'm getting Firefox popup saying that "Firefox has determined that the following add-ons are known to cause stability or security problem: Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 1.1
Does anyone else get the warning from Firefox?

I got that today too. I don't know what's wrong but I never used it, hence I didn't care much about it.
