Help me open ports in virtualbox

What kind of port do you want to open? Is it port number like 139? Or serial/LPT ports?

You should configure port forwarding on your router.
Just make sure you use Bridged Adapter instead of NAT so the OS on VirtualBox will have the same IP range as your local network.

There's also a chance your firewall (software, if you're using one), is blocking it. Allow VirtualBox to access port 80 in your Firewall... I blocked it once by accident with ESET's firewall, and that's how I resolved it.

did you check firewall like hellnoire suggested? try to disable firewall for a moment -> if that works you need to create new rule for Virtualbox.exe (or change existing rule)

Have you changed from NAT to Bridged Adapter?

i can access the net when using nat, i already added a firewall rule
but when i tried to bridge it
it doesn't work

When you use NAT, it actually creates another different network than the existing one. You can check the IP address that you get when using NAT.

For example, when on NAT, I am getting 10.0.2.15 but when I bridged it, I get 192.168.0.3.
My computer is using the IP 192.168.0.2 and only through bridging I can get the ports working.
