    He didnt steal any copyrighted content, but he had tried to inform a news that you have already posted...

    Its purely accidental and you cant blame anyone for it...

    Its hard for the admin to identify which thread was posted first. So he would probably delete the post which has least number of replys...

    So just ignore this problem and continue to have happy foruming...
