    Confused Stuck at Motherboard Logo

The problem I am facing is my pc isn't booting. The screen just stops showing the motherboard logo. It just gets stuck at motherboard logo and not moving forward...

    Is there any solution?

Have you tried starting it in safe mode.Just keep tapping F8 as the computer starts and try Last good configuration or System Restore.
If an oldish computer make sure the air vents are clear of dust and fluff if so inside will also need cleaning.

The Mobo logo is usually generated by the bios (prior to the actual loading of your OS), so if booting stops there, the problem will probably be there as well.

Possible solutions: clear your bios, download latest version and reflash (at your own risk of course).

UPDATE: Start with trying to enter your Bios on booting (usually hit Del, or else F1 or F2) and if so, see if you can change everyting to Default settings.
