Thread: blank screen logon
- 07-29-2007 #1
Hi dear fellows!
I used the active@password changer/remover and I messed up with my administrator account which is now disabled. When I reboot my pc,it comes a blank welcome screen with '' Click on a user account to begin'',but there is no one to click on it.So how can I create a new administrator account? Please any suggestions will be appreciated. When I use the ''Ctrl+Alt+Del'' typing administrator and a blank password,it tells that the administrator account is disabled, check the system administrator.

Oh man, you're in pretty deep trouble here.
You can use the Active@ Password Changer to enable back the account. Since you can't boot in to Windows, I hope you have a DOS or bootable disc version of it.
