    Hi ..
    I'm Using 2 Os Xp And Win98. I Have Only 2 Drives. I Want To Uninstall Win98 Without Formatting Or Loosing The Other Folders On That Drive. Plz Help...

    It is not possible to uninstall any OS, lol.
    If you want to get rid of the dual boot feat., then just edit out the boot.ini file.

    You cannot uninstall an OS without format because the OS cannot Kill (delete) itself when running. The best thing to do is to take Backups of all your important files on DVDs/USB and simply Format the Windows 98 Drive and switch to XP :)

    yes u can as long as certain conditions are met see the following article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/186102
    but as metrix says edit the boot.ini file ,if u running in xp or any other os and not 98 u can just delete the os thats not in use
    Out of my mind. I Haven't Lost My Mind, It's Backed Up On Disk Somewhere.
