    Hi all,

    While i was using my computer then suddenly the power went off. Then when the power back, i tried to turn on my computer but it show me the messange as below:

    A Disk Read Error Occured. Press CTRL ALT DEL to restart

    I tried to follow the instruction by Pressing Ctrl ALT Del , but the computer still had the same problem.

    Is there anyway that i have to rectify WITHOUT formatting? \

    Seems like your hard drive is corrupted. Try booting with your Windows CD and perform a scandisk.
