    paint.net, gimpshop, gimp, photoshop express (online basic version), gimphoto, cinepaint. You can google those or you could try using similarweb.com (ff add-on) or similarsites.com to possibly find more sites like photoshop. Good luck.

    And in addition to hellnoire' suggestion of GimPhoto, how about trying GIMPshop, a version of the GIMP that has been edited to be more user-friendly for Photoshop users.

    I don't know much about photo editing but one thing I know for sure is I don't like Adobe....especially their price tags....
