Quote Making graphic card fan to work at it full speed all the time

I have a Toshiba p100-324 laptop with NVIDIA go 7900 GS graphic card. I want to know how to keep the graphic card working at its full speed all the time.

You don't have to do that. It'll work full speed whenever required.

I believe you can get some software that allows you to change the specs, but it's not recommended since you can actually burn up the hardware or cause stability problems with your computer.....Better to be safe and let the video card(fan) handle everything automatically.

Yup, you can use nVidia nTune, but beware it is not recommended to use it if you don't know what you are doing you could damage your hardware.
    Something to remember...

There is a freware NVmax that will let you customise performance and quality for the system, DirectX and OpenGL.

Also Rivatuner utility available for NVIDIA GeForce and ATI Radeon based videocards.
