    Confused Acer aspire 4315 help

    hi guys i am expieriencing some problems with my acer aspire 4315
    first to start the machine is overheating and then turning of by itself
    and second thing the monitor is working but at some point it becomes white and then after a second i see my screen back i took the whole laptop apart
    couldnt find any problem can some one advice me what part i need to change ?

    When laptop overheats it automatically turns itself off, to prevent damage to machine, - this is normal. If laptop is overheating on non-resource intensive tasks, - this is not normal, and you should contact your support.

    Probably it is failing and some way, and I don't think you should try do something about it yourself.

    Best, it is to contact Acer support, or its representatives in your area.

    Try cooling down your laptop with a laptop fan....or if you want you can try this:

    Lower the temperatures on your laptop by undervolting.


    Apart from that, I agree with Gene...it's best to seek Acer support (do you still have warranty?)...and yes, if you're lucky enough, you may get a hardware replacement if they find that something is wrong with your laptop...
