    all these programs somewhat clone photoshop, from paint.net to gimp... however this new gui all it does is to dock existing toolbox and other dialogs... hope to see performance improvement as well

    We can't say for sure, but indeed, it's looks like it just uses one of the plug-ins that docked them...
