Dan Dolan. He's amazing. Owner and main artist in Nonexistent Recordings, which also happens to be my favorite album label. He's made several of my favorite bands of all genres. Favorite band is Stabilizer. One of Dolan's best projects.
Links:Stabilizer is a 3 piece band from Philadelphia, Florida, and Texas. They have never all met, played a gig, or spoken on the telephone. Despite this, they have released two albums of music ranging in styles from rock, techno, salsa, and ambient. In conjunction with their philosophy of using the internet as their only current means of distribution, Nonexistent Recordings is proud to offer both of their albums in 192Kbps MP3

This kind of threads are always interesting : D
I hardly have a favourite artist since on average I only like one, two or top 5-7 songs from one (mostly remixes, dance and oldies too) but if I had to choose... David guetta songs are what I listen most.
And if I had the chance to know an artist it would had been Bob Marley, though itīs kind a not possible

Alas, I must be the ancient one. I have always loved the older Motown music. Also back in my days one of the best 8 tracks,(hopefully there is a few that remembers 8 tracks) that I owned was Tea For The Tillerman by Cat Stevens.
