    Hi Raymond,

I am using a dial-up modem. Is it possible to increase the browsing speed by increasing the RAM or the Processor?

Or if you know any other method, please suggest.

    Thanks
    Ammar

Actually that's the speed of computer he is experiencing. Imagine this, if you have an old computer that is very slow and would take up most of the memory and cpu usage just to load website, even if you have a broadband connection, it'd be slow.

    Vice versa.

Your dial-up modem is the bottle neck. If you don't have the fastest modem available, you can speed up by upgrading to the fastest modem, but you'll still be way slower than the slowest broadband.
