Need Help wid Driver

Could somebody cite some apps that can update ur driver or identify which driver is missing or fix driver etc.. most importantly sound card ones

it can be freeware,shareware even if it needs paying. thnx

I take it you are looking to update your drivers for your sound card. Have you tred updating them using Device Manager. If not open your device manager. From the list right click which device you want to update the driver for. From the dropdown list left click UPDATE DRIVER. Follow the onscreen instructions

Agreed-Driver Max has always been reliable for me.A bit entailed with respect to download/install.but usually accurate.I Believe you get a 30 day shot at Pro.If you want a quick in/out for an audio driver,you could go with Radar Sync here.Or just go back to either manufacturer's site, driver or PC.

I use Driver Detective, which will scan your computer for free, but then you have to buy if you want to use their service to update the drivers. An alternative would be to use the free scan to see which ones you need and then find the the website for each particular driver and download it for free.

yes i am seeking my sound card driver. my pc is pretty old and the cds from it long gone.. is there anyway to restore my sounds?
