    mcafee and online armor

After I installed mcafee virus scan and online armor in a desktop with xp sp3, the computer will stall for a while everytime after logging in, after the stall period everything goes fine. And I got no problem with mcafee virus scan + comodo firewall. Is it mcafee virus scan not compatible with online armor? Had any one experienced this before?
