    By the way, does it make any improvements to your system?

    I feel there is no use of this thing. and that it is just a time waste thing. ( it takes more than fifteen minutes for completing all the thng. )

    write down KIS key,uninstall KIS,restart,run WEI,reinstall kis,type in key,fixed!

    That's it, I have the same problem. My computer have onboard VGA card, KIS 2010 (9.0.0.736) and I cant rate the WEI. I installed all newest driver, tried turn off KIS but my computer still cant do it.
