Bios Agent Plus

What are your thoughts about this software, good-bad. Looking into using it.
Windows 7 keeps on freezing, bios and video bios is over 2 years old.

edit:At the moment i am on the asus site, downloading bios manually and update utility

Right got them both now, what do i do next because the asus support page for a A8N5X
gets the 404 PNF.

i too am thinking of upgrading teh BIOS as its over 2 years old, probably 3, also something i want to do is see if i can enable hardware visulisation so i can use xp mode the downloaded utility said that bios setting needed to be altered, but there are no CPU settings in the BIOS at present

I just downloaded the asus update tool from softpedia on the off chance, but every time after the install finished win7 gives an error. All i know from the ASUS site is that the bios must be set to default before going a head with the update.
