Videos or downloaded files, load at once completed after a DELAY ?

Hi,
iam old-new here, been just a reader and got a lot of help from posts on ur forum..
but now i have a question to ask plz: Videos or downloaded files, load completed after a delay? ..
while downloading or watching videos.. it loads after a while and i can watch the video all at once or open the downloaded file directly .. but as i said after a whiiile

for example when i open a video on youtube, it dosn't load at all... then after a certain delay, it appears completed.. and i can read it all without any more loading :|
it happens many times a week, and i have to reboot pc to correct this

is there any other solution?

Um... are you refering to the buffering time on the movies?

If so, that could be caused by a slow internet connection.
