Thread: My Creative Computer
- 03-08-2008 #1
Hi folks,I wonder if any of you have heard of My Creative Computer, software designed to generate fancy cards, posters, etc? (A google search did not give much info!) A client phoned to advise she had purchased and installed the app, which needs MS Word to run. I had previously installed Office 2007 on her computer so knew she had that. She tells me the app installed OK, but when she tries to open a file to use it, a dialog box advises there is a prob with Word and it cannot proceed. I know Word is OK as several other functions I asked her to perform were OK. Sorry I cannot give more info at this stage...I will go see her during the week...just wondered if anyone is aware of this software and any problems it may have? Thanks a lot. Pete.

Is this the official website? http://www.mycreativecomputer.com.au
Maybe it's not compatible with Word 2007?

Thanks Raymond. Yep...that is the website. Doesn't say much, does it? Actually, I think the version of Office I loaded there was 2003! I'll take up my laptop when I visit. That has 2007 on board. I'll load the app in that and see if it makes a difference. Thanks for your reply. Pete.

No prob Pete. Their website should at least have system requirements so people would know if "My Creative Computer" would run on computer or not.
