Translation

hi everyone,

Well, I just got a documentary educational program, and I would like to translate it into Arabic. I know it is almost imposible to find subtitle for it in any web sites ( I searched already).
So, I was thinking, is there any software where it can translate the movie/documentary automatically?
By translating, I mean anyway that can make it in Arabic, either subtitle, or even by making the voices talk in Arabic.

I have been searching for this program for such a long time, so please help, I really need your help and thank you so much

Automatic Voice Recognition from SOME LANGUAGE to Arabic. I am sure that there are some high tech software can do this but not sure if it can support Arabic.
