I'm really having trouble understanding your problem. First you said you can't update Windows. Then you said your IE can't be upgraded to version 7 or 8. And then you said you upgraded it but it doesn't work. I'm confused. By the way, is your OS genuine?

Yes, my windows genuine. I repeat my prob. Sorry for the matter.
First, my windows update cannot be update.
Secondly, when I upgrade my IE6 to IE7, its cannot be open and not run. After I uninstall IE7, IE6 can open, but some application not work properly.
All this happen after I repair my OS Windows XP.

I see. So let's start with Windows Update. What's the error code? I would appreciate if you copy and paste the error code here.

Yes please paste the error code that you get in Windows Update. It would be nice if you could upload a screenshot of what error you get.
BTW, Sorry for the question but I have to ask, Is your Windows Genuine?. If you are not sure, go here- www.microsoft.com/genuine and Validate your Windows to check if it is genuine.

Method 1: Register the Wups2.dll file in Windows
To register the Wups2.dll file in Windows, follow these steps:
1. Stop the Automatic Updates service. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
b. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
net stop wuauserv
2. Register the Wups2.dll file. To do this, follow these steps:
a. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\wups2.dll
Note For a computer that is running Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
regsvr32 %windir%\syswow64\wups2.dll
b. Click OK on each verification message that you receive.
3. Start the Automatic Updates service. To do this, type the following command at the command prompt, and then press ENTER:
