Any software to limit 1 process running at the same time?

Hello Sir,

I have a simple question but hard to find a solution (for me ^^"). Is any software that can limit the process running at the same time? For example, user can run only one IEXPLORE.EXE, if the second was execute it can't. Any software has a feature like this?

CRP (Control Running Programs) is a solution that will control all running programs within your windows session. In the section ‘Instance Controlling’, you can specify how many instances of a particular program will run at the same time, preventing memory overflow and instant program spawning from other programs.

Your software is very cool but I have some suggestion. I have using Terminal Service and your software is limit the process in a global user (all users). If I set it to 1, only 1 WinRAR.exe can run in my machine. But the one that I need is to limit for each user in the Terminal Service. For example, If I set to 1. All user in my terminal can run WinRAR.exe only one process. Anyway, it's really cool!
