    Big Grin www.Giveawayoftheday.com Setup Files

    We all r familiar with the damn good give aways by www.giveawayoftheday.com
    Many times we get just an activator.exe files from the zip package n sometimes the entire installer is been converted into the activator package n only after connecting it allows install...
    The activator.exe when connected to the internet adds the registry key to our Windows Registry if the giveaway is on. Many times i explored the registry n searched for the Company name n exported the key for further use, so not difficulty almost all of u must be doin it.
    Now when it comes to the entire install package, in which the key is given, u go to download the entire setup again from their official site. Have u'll ever thought that what should we do to get the setup from that very package. I thought as i have a limited package n cannot afford to download the same setup again...
    Todays Giveaway Almeza Multiset 6.3...
    Out of curiosity i executed the setup file it checked for giveaway, then i went to the %temp% i.e. the temporary folder [as the setup created tmp file of different name can be identified by Process XP]. The tmp file was hidden so hidden should be disabled then i copied the tmp file changed the hidden attribute n then renamed it from *.tmp to *.exe [for me it was we29.tmp].
    To test whether it was exe or msi i had to executed it n Vollah it got executed the separate installer which i would otherwise have to download...
    Hope all the Setup.exe files which they give be obtained in the same way.....
    The thought of sharing came to my mind n hence the post......

    Yeah, I picked it up also. That was exactly what I thought of. The way it is activated there is no internet confirmation needed, so you just paste the activated key file in the program folder. If only everything was so easy.

    Yes, i also found this way on my own, but am not sure if the .tmp file in %temp% would still require a serial or not?
