I think that is fine too. But with 2 real time protection on, isn't that too much?
Thoughts are like a never ending ocean where it is deep, endless and dangerous

drop a-squared pro because it is not too wise to have two real time antivirus scanners unless you like some serious problems with your computer.
you do not need it at all. AVIRA will cover everything for malware protection.

Avira doesn't cover 100% of malware, so keep A-squared will benefit you.

you are right about the coverage but why should someone have a scanner that consumes at list 100 mb of ram and a lot of other resources in the machine when it is possible to be very safe with a single application consuming less then half of the previous and give about the same security degree if not even more.
Secondly a-squared has a lot of false alarms possitives and negative ones. I quit being paranoid about having more then one real time scanners in my machine, No need for anything else then Norton 360 and SAS free

Disable web shield and mail shield from Online Armor because those are also included in Avira PE.
You can also put Avira in exclusion list in Online Armor exclusion list (and vice-versa) to prevent conflicts.
