Please help to fully remove virus(es) from a laptop sufferd from connection problem

My friend asked me to help him on rectifying the connection problem of his laptop as his laptop unable to connect to wireless network although it can detect those networks. I suspected his machine is infected. Hence, I ran a hijackthis scan on his laptop.Below is the report:

Only 1 that I reckon so far-F:\abc.exe . I tried to remove it but the removal doesn't seem to be able to help him solve his problem. hence, I hope the experts in this forum could help to identify the problem or even enlighten me on the way to remove abc.exe as there might be leftovers problems too.Thanks in advance!

The first thing I would suggest is downloading the free version of MBAM

MBAM/ Malwarebytes/ Antimalware http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Update it and do a scan

Please post the log file back on here after the scan

The infected PC has Norton Internet Security & Sandboxie. So, the question is how did the threat managed to infiltrate and infects the user machine, it's all user's fault. Sandboxie ( sanboxed browsers ) is effective enough to stop all types of browser attacks unless the user has indeed executed the "threat" in the real system. Or maybe from infected external storage device that was not check by NIS? So be careful next time.

@evilfantasy: yes, he ran the Hijakthis tool from his pendrive. But, I am not sure whether he clicked it or not. His NIS is up to date but didn't report anything when he scan his pendrive(according to what he said and I tried too in his laptop, the outcome is same. I removed the infection using BIS in my laptop). Thanks.

Its look like autorun virus. The virus is in his flashdrive. Maybe he got it from other pcs or laptop.
