    Maybe there were intrusion incidents and someone has successfully backdoored the legitimate Energizer Software. It do reminds me of highly sophisticated APT attacks last December.

    That ThreatExpert link says that all of the software is bad. It is only the Arucer.dll that's been identified as malicious. The rest of the software is fine.
