    Iolo quarantined some archive that i need. Like cryptload and Nero 8 as well as a couple others. Iolo will NOT allow me to restore it says" the name is too long" Any suggestions

    I couldn't find anything in iolo AntiVirus knowledgebase. You might want to contact their technical support about this issue.

    They have not incountered thsi problem "YET" lol i guess i am the first. Luckily i can re DL the archives i need but i really would prefer not to. Thanks for checking into it for me Raymond

    No problem. I find it weird too that iolo AntiVirus couldn't restore quarantined files because filename is too long.

    Well i ran Norton spyware and it detected the files in Iolo Quarantine,which Iolo also renamed them so i can retrieve the file. One file was part 2 of a Nero 8 rar download but nothing was detected in the unrared file. I suspect a glitch in Iolo. The other 3 files Norton showed a worm it was atorrent of CS3 since i hadnot needed it yet i jsut removed it. Theother 2 are cab files that i have no idea where they came from. I tried to read the files to get an idea as to thier origin, and what program they were part of but cannot read the file. So i leave them quarantined until can find out more
