    Hi,

When I had bad system in Windows XP, I just put the CD-ROM and did Install and Repair.
But now I have Vista that I want to repair, but all the option I get is for fresh install?

Anyone knows how to do non-destructive repair on Vista?

    Thanks

there IS a repair option in vista DVD - but i am not sure whether it'll replace sys files or not.
i guess it'll fix only boot problems.
I used that repair option for fixing boot by reading Raymond's article on "Install Vista first & then XP".

    Hi
I am not talking about repair boot or start up issues. I am referring to FULL install that repairs the full OS, but in non-destructive way, like I did many times in XP.
