    Hi raymond...

I have a strange problem with my laptop...

I am using a toshiba laptop with win Xp2 ( 1GB ram and 200 gb HD) . I have KIS 2008, trojan hunter . PC firewall and process explorer running on my PC. every time i open internet explorer .. i see a huge jump in kaspersky CPU usage..upto 50% and sometime more... any new application i start .. like i have winamp 5.4 it also takes around 20 % of CPU... its kind of very irritating .. the whole system hangs because of that... i have done full system scan on safe mode and normal mode... and i find no virus...

I have stopped using internet explorer because of it .. everything hangs because of this... i have also tried repairing XP but no help.. i am sure there is something else to it...

what do u think is wrong with my system... need ur help please...

    regds

Your KIS seem to be ok. I think there is some other problem on your comp.
