I found a very small and lightweight universal patcher for the new Windows Live Messenger called WLM Universal Patcher ++ v0.9.1. It’s specially useful for those people who doesn’t want to mess around with their Windows Live Messenger too much with those fully featured Mess Patch or A-Patch that contains hundreds of tweaks.
The graphical user interface is very simple and no installation needed. Its only 148KB in size and it enables you to patch 6 main Windows Live Messenger restrictions.

2. Banner Ads (Remove bottom banner Ads)

This universal windows live messenger patcher is ONLY for Windows Live Messenger. Please do not use it if you’re still using the old MSN Messenger 7.5. The meaning of “universal” for this patcher is probably able to patch all versions of Windows Live Messenger.
